The grapes are harvested between August and October, depending on the season. September lasts around three weeks.
Each player plays his or her part in the unique, gourmet creation of the delightful "Rosé" fine bubbles.
The right balance between sugar and acidity has been found. The frank nose of grapes will make you want to dip your lips in it, to discover the real pleasure.

Located not far from the Loire-Anjou-Touraine National Park, this Loire Valley vineyards has been in business for four generations. Part of the harvest is still done by hand. Our partner is HVE certified and carries the "Vignerons Engagés".

Délices de Fines Bulles" is a sparkling wine made from pure grape juice, whose visual, olfactory and gustatory dimensions will delight your senses at every moment.
To make these wines, we had to find the right balance to bring out the best in the blend of the two grape varieties used, without fermenting the grapes.
This guarantees the authentic taste of the grape, with the character and characteristics of a sparkling wine, without alcohol (0.0 %).
